What was phase 1? I went to the doctor two weeks ago to find out why I have lost weight and how I can get it back. He said I was fine for my height. To be sure, he ordered some tests. Today I went back and everything looks great. No worries. Both times, he mentioned that breastfeeding might be stopped now so that I am more rested. I won't hold that against him. ;)
So now I am on to phase 2. Phase 2 is eating healthy and exercising. It is time I build some muscle mass and quit looking and feeling so wimpy. I have a picture of me in my swimsuit from Silverwood. Oh my...SCARY! lol...I was slouching horribly (might have been because of the 20 pound baby on my hip) and it made my stomach sag (among other things). I will stop there lol. No, I won't be showing you all the picture!!
My reasons for all this? I am tired of feeling yucky, not having a lot of strength or endurance, and being sleepy all the time.
The plus will be looking nicer for my hubby, too.
I am already on day 3 with no sugar...tomorrow I need to work out on my Bowflex!! God has been working on my insides...it is time I work on the outsides.
