What a day! :)

Actually...I will update on a couple of days. Saturday I was feeling very flu-ey. So I rested all day. Sunday we went to church...my tummy was still weak but not too bad. Church was awesome! I left there feeling such joy. Bob was a wee snarly, but I wasn't going to let my joy be stolen and he later apologized. It was a total God thing for my attitude to stay so positive because my blood sugar was low which gave me a headache and shakey feeling. We had a great day.

Today, I decided to run a couple of quick errands. We left before 10, but we didn't make it back home until after 2 lol. The library took quite a while and we came away with a stroller full. Lots of good reading and stuff. I developed a migraine again and had a vanilla coke (caffeine) which did relieve my migraine quite a lot, but I will be a wreck tomorrow morning from the sugar. My goal is to eat really well! I need a decent balance of good carbs and protein.

Tonight I had a freewrite assignment and wow was it fun! I have an awesome snippet to plug into my novel and I can't wait to see where it will fit exactly. I am thinking close to the end somewhere. I also love the exercise and plan to use it whenever I feel stuck with my writing.

Well, I am off. I hope to have a very busy and productive day tomorrow. Sorry this is so disjointed...I am soooo tired.

It seems to help a little. Some migraine medicine has caffeine in it. Unfortunately, it isn't exactly healthy and I am not sure how much you can have without having too much.

Does caffeine really help migranes? I thought it would make them worse... Vanilla Coke is gooood.

Thanks. Freewriting is when you set the timer for a certain amount of time like 5 or 10 minutes and you write whatever comes to mind without editing. In this case, we had three words: one of them had to begin the writing and the other two had to be used in the first paragraph.

I am glad you are feeling better!
We need to make a trip to the library too! I get in the habit of just letting the older two walk down there and pick stuff up but the littles really like to go too.
What's this 'freewrite'? Sounds pretty neat!
