All seven of us piled into the ultrasound room this morning. I think the tech was a little nervous, but the kids soon showed him he had nothing to fear. They were very quiet as I knew they would be. The baby is breech at the moment, but I have 20 weeks left and I have complete faith she will be head down by her birth day.
The tech said it looked like I was right and she is a girl...he couldn't see anything he should see if it was a boy. I've felt all along that this was a girl so no real surprise there lol. She put on quite the show and I have a feeling she will be feisty and sassy like her mama. She kept hitting and kicking the ultrasound probe, had her tongue sticking out and just rolled all around lol. We had a clear shot of her waving her arm which was cool and everything looks great.
We are all even more eager to hold our newest member of the family. Can February come fast enough? hehe He confirmed out dates and I'm wondering if she will make her grand entrance on Valentine's Day or decide to not share her birthday with a holiday. We will see.
I'm feeling better and better as we go, but I really need to begin my prenatal vitamins and some exercising. I know my body would hurt less with some yoga. Now to enjoy the second half of pregnancy. We are on the downward slope...woohoo!
